If axo was truely in russia, it would be .ru and not .com. If you are in Russia, you get a yandex.ru email address. Yandex.com is for people people not in russia i.e. international.

That is not true. When you register as Yandex user, you automatically get following aliases: [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected]. It does not matter where you are from.
