I am pretty sure, in this instance (and just this one, because I don't know what else you're about), that you're using motivated reasoning to come to the conclusion you want to come to. God bless.
See it this way...the topic presented (lockdown) is based on an intentional action towards causing a divide between those who believe it (fed by mainstream media) and those who do not (labeled conspiracy theorists).
This conflict (based on consent to belief) is needed within the many, to allow the few control over them, and they deliberately offer both sides contradictions to keep them busy reasoning about their beliefs.
What I pointed out after watching 16 seconds of that clip; is not about if it's true or false; but about that it is there. Write these four things down (black/white symbolism, shoes, gender swapping, and crossed lips) and keep them in mind when presented with more narrative propaganda. Don't spend longer than a minute or you fall right into their rabbit hole; instead just mentally compare your first impression to the list of "coincidences" you will quickly fill.
I do this as an mental exercise using gematria with pretty much every headline presented to me (takes like 30 seconds). That's way more beneficial for self than actually reading their fear porn.
