HONESTLY, I was at a friends place the other day, talking a bit about some history that was news to me and that maybe things weren't exactly as described, and he said I shouldn't refer to them as Jews and I won't repeat exactly what he said but he said it's the same as calling black people the n word
I said well that's definitely news to me then, are you sure? So how am I supposed to refer to them, then?

So I said "but we don't say Christian person or Muslim person, we just say Christians or Muslims and no one has a problem with that, right?"
He started to talk out his ass about how it was different and I left. He's not Jewish btw
