Based on this picture and the other one you sent that labels the daughter, they’re wearing the same clothes. So my guess is it is? But I don’t know for sure. Like I said, your pictures are just unsourced jpgs. I don’t know if you’re trying to pull a gotcha but I’ve given you my best guess on the pictures.

To this question, no idea. There doesn’t appear to be significant splatter on his left pant leg in either picture, which is the only pant leg I can really see on the left picture.
To your other question, it appears to be Bill Richard, if the other pictures you shared are correct. But again, it’s tough to verify anonymous sources.
Just so you know, i spent about 16 months scrutinizing and debating every pixel of every photo. You’ve walked into a situation you are woefully unprepared for. If i was you id think about dropping the issue, because instead of wasting my time replying in old threads, ill start making new posts. And thats not the can of worms you want to open
