Look I get it, there is certainly confusion about the fact that this gal fainted after a vaccine and you don’t have the satisfactory answers that she’s okay. But instead of jumping to a conclusion, it’s best to just think things out a little bit. Use a bit of reasoning.
Now, I don’t have all the answers. You absolutely could be right and there’s something fishy going on. But to me, personally, the big picture makes that seem highly unlikely.

If you’re looking for information specifically x amount of days afterwards I don’t have anything for you, unfortunately, but the interview link I provided for you was conducted after, or “since,” the incident where she fainted. I’m not sure if you have another idea of what “since” means but perhaps this is where the miscommunication was

If the theory is she died SINCE, then a video of the incident and 5 minutes after the incident don’t really have a single bearing on the fact that SINCE the incident, her socials have all been nuked (1000+ insta posts? Husband went from married to single due to account deletion? Wtf?) and her workplace is using an obvious lookalike in the only meager scrap presented as “proof of life” SINCE the incident

I figured that would be enough to show that she’s doing fine, since if the vaccine affected her so badly it’d be incredibly rare for someone to faint, be on video to make a full recovery and discuss that passing out is something that is not uncommon for her, and then suddenly things go south again. That whole timeline just doesn’t add up.
If work is going so far as to using a body double, are you again suggesting that all of her coworkers are in on it? Because she, or at least the supposed body double, has been claimed to be in group photographs. Even if it’s a photoshop, how come none of the other doctors and nurses are speaking up? Is every single person in her life being paid off and pretending she doesn’t exist? No mourning? No memorial service?
