Personally, I don't think the group proof-of-life photo with "Tiffany" is convincing either way. And I could see a hospital and staff suddenly finding themselves in controversy battening down the hatches rather than giving in to "demands" that the real "Tiffany" be brought forward.
However, what I find hard to believe is that there isn't some anon who lives in the area who hasn't just done the legwork and either gone to the hospital parking lot and waited or gone to her apartment and knocked on the door. Or tracked down the family and just straight up asked them. If she's legit dead, SOMEONE in the family will talk. Find out what church(es) the family members go to and go get some religion.
