They were using a body double of Kamala Harris a few months ago and I think it was Laura Loomer who went up and called her out and she had to run away. We know that they are actively using body doubles, and the masks obviously make it much easier to obfuscate someone's identity.

The onus is on THEM to prove she is in fact alive. They use body doubles so they have no credibility and no one should take anything they say at face value. Especially when you can't even see their face.
