If they took out the Detroit and Saint Louis hubs now, wouldn't that cut off the east coast/DC from the rest of the country, if Atlanta is all fucked up? Wasn't there a politician a few years ago who brought up that the US power grid is vulnerable to EMP attack?
If Trump is set to take back the election on Jan 6th maybe they will try and knock out the grid before then? They have done everything else including riots and obvious election rigging, what is to stop them from doing terrorist attacks? I guess it would elevate things to the next level and maybe that is why they have been waiting to do that last.

People are gonna voluntarily lock themselves in their homes not cause of COVID, but because people will be afraid of going outside cause of bombings and civil strife. Next year is gonna be super fucked up.

There are key points for the NSA to intercept communications. The theory is that the AT&T and the NSA intercept points are connected somehow. If this is true, the "bombing" was about poking out an NSA "eye" to hide something.
Also, note that the communications building that was hit was battle hardened, so a typical bomb would not hurt it. It correlates with the theory that the RV was just cover, and the real explosion was from a bunker buster missile.
im guesing the lit up areas are still active even though AT&T is down, wich would mean they have special access or a backup system to garuntee service. both of wich would require strings in big places
