What happens when someone starts playing a computerized female voice at the Jan 6th DC rally saying "Evacuate area immediately, a bomb is about to go off"?

I already set my ringtone to that audio clip. "This area must evacuate now. If you can hear this message: evacuate now."

Call it a social experiment.
