By all accounts, meditation seems to be the one foolproof (with enough effort), means to enlightenment. Breath and sound (like mantras) are infinitely more important than we give them credit
Just give it a shot bitch, it’s not that long and only a tard thinks they’ve got things all figured out (which includes thinking something has no value before investigating it for yourself)
I would assume the oldest religion is atheism. My guess is prior to having religion (which is a manmade creation - not to mean it's not accurate or true) people had no religion of any kind. Just hunger that would be satisfied by eating and thirst that was quenched with water.
Why would it matter what the world's oldest religion is? I would assume the oldest religion is riddled with issues that were improved upon by subsequent religions. Kind of like the world's oldest 'fire starter' (stones and rocks) is no comparison to my bic lighter.
Funny metaphor you got there... what happens when daddy bic stops making new lighters for you to fuel your debt slavery cycle? You certainly can’t build a new one from scratch. Well you’re gunna wish you had access to the old knowledge.
Forgive the stretch just working with what I’m given
I think all of our belief systems stem from some common origin, some Akashic principle which is embedded in our collective unconscious and gets released upon the world in a physical incarnation with some regularity.
I think everything that is happening has happened before and will happen again. Those who ignore history or think they have everything figured out are doomed to failure.
Dravidian Hinduism (AryoDravidian or Vedic Hinduism is a thousand years after that)

Check that video out and tell me if you think that guy understands more or less about the universe and the nature of reality than the average person.

fake space is the new religion slowly killing off all religions, hiding any form of a creator..
A true creator wouldn’t stop at one planet.

Probably Australian native animism.
Literally tens of thousands of years old.
