I think there's already different strains of the virus in the wild.

This could explain why different areas, towns, country's etc all are having vastly different counts for infections and deaths. They announce the new strains now even though they've had what I believe is 3 variations of the "vaccine" planned for a while now. (3 companies making vaccines or something I believe could be wrong)

They've always been here which they'll end up using to say why each area has different strains and rates of infections and such...
