Palantir https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Palant%C3%ADr

A palantír ([paˈlanˌtiːr]; pl. palantíri) is one of several indestructible crystal balls from J. R. R. Tolkien 's epic-fantasy novel The Lord of the Rings. The word comes from Quenya palan 'far', and tir 'watch over'.

The palantírs were used for communication and to see events in other parts of Arda, or in the past.

Indestructible sphere of dark crystal. Scrying Telepathic Communication.

Peter Thiel is an anagram for The Reptile.

Obsidian, Onyx, Coal.

In Arthur C. Clarke's Space Odyssey series, Monoliths are machines in black cuboids whose sides extend in the precise ratio of 1 : 4 : 9 (12 : 22 : 32) built by an unseen extraterrestrial species whom Clarke dubbed the Firstborn and who he suggests are the earliest highly intelligent species to evolve in the Milky Way.

In the series of novels (and the films based on these), three Monoliths are discovered in the Solar System by australopithecines and their human descendants. The characters' responses to their discoveries drive the plot of the series and influence its fictional history, particularly by encouraging humanity to progress with technological development.

The first monolith appears at the beginning of the story, four million years before the present era. It is discovered by a group of australopithecines and triggers a shift in evolution, starting with the ability to use tools and weaponry. It is later revealed that thousands of other Monoliths exist elsewhere in the galaxy.

The ending shows how it invoked the spirit of murder and the genesis of weapons against their own kind.

Mike Tyson boxing influencers seems like a humiliation ritual, even if he wins a fight vs hollywood influencer.

Also noticed this event has particularly harvested energy from so many consciousnesses.

Whoever thought that was a good idea is in rough shape, whether that's him or someone else. Or he just needs money, fair enough.

Also about the death of his child, I give it 50/50 odds that wasn't natural occurrence/negligence/freak accident, but some form of blackmail.

Thoughts? Any known boxing conspiracies? Rigging fights? Etc. etc.

The most successful attacks are the ones that go unnoticed and do not alert the system as a whole, or convince the system that they do not exist. Invisible parasites, subtle entrances, etc.

An exploit that straightforwardly pillages an ecosystem (as long as it's not utterly destroyed) will immediately produce anti-bodies/defenses against the attack. It will alert other systems that are vulnerable to the attack.

An exploit that slips between the cracks unnoticed and siphons energy or resources or mindshare is infinitely more effective.

"In early 1943, two days after the death of Nikola Tesla, the Federal Bureau of Investigation ordered the Office of Alien Property Custodian to seize Tesla's belongings.[9] Trump was called in to analyze the Tesla artifacts, which were being held in government custody.[9] After a three-day investigation, Trump's report concluded that there was nothing which would constitute a hazard in unfriendly hands."

"The Office of Alien Property Custodian was an office within the government of the United States during World War I and again during World War II, serving as a custodian to property that belonged to US enemies. The office was created in 1917 by Executive Order 2729-A under the Trading with the Enemy Act of 1917 (TWEA) in order to "assume control and dispose of enemy-owned property in the United States and its possessions."

Ingersoll Lockwood books:

  • Baron Trump's Marvelous Underground Journey
  • 1900: Or, the Last President
  • Travels and Adventures of Little Baron Trump: And his wonderful dog Bulger
  • "Baron Trump Collection" is all 3.

"In 1862 he was appointed Consul to the Kingdom of Hanover by Abraham Lincoln. At the time he was the youngest member of the U.S. consular force and served in that post for four years."

Tesla died in "The New Yorker Hotel, NY". Lockwood lived in Ossining, NY. They lived 35 miles from each other. Did they know each other?

Was it time traveling technology or merely some kind of imbuement? Anyone know more? I don't think the technology is time traveling... But some kind of weird "remote-viewing" technology/concept.

Three years later, Donald Trump was born: June 14, 1946.

We are an object consisting of one part free agent and one part deterministic processor. The free agent can choose inputs for the deterministic system. We don't know the exact deterministic output of these inputs (even though they probably exist explicitly in theory), but we have a rough idea.

What constitutes an input? What percentage of inputs into our deterministic system are involuntary? How many of these involuntary inputs are nefarious? How many of these involuntary inputs are benevolent? How can you increase the number of voluntary inputs your conscious agent is given? Is our conscious agent "given" the gift of voluntary inputs, or does our conscious agent "create" these voluntary inputs from within itself? What are the most impactful kinds of inputs?

It is prudent to take dominion over as many inputs entering your deterministic system as possible, with a goal to minimize nefarious inputs and maximize benevolent inputs.

Yes the post seems silly and abstract, but appears to be fairly logical and straightforward.

--- The True Landscape of Web3, Defi, & Crypto, Explained in 3 minutes ---

=> JP Morgan Chase owns Consensys.

=> Consensys owns Metamask and Hardhat.

=> Consensys is the #1 auditing firm for smart contracts and web3 related services. => Hardhat is the #1 framework for developing smart contracts. => Metamask is the #1 wallet.

=> All of their vertically integrated parts of the defi ecosystem are AT LEAST 10x more popular than the runner ups.

=> They just 'sunset' truffle which was the #2 framework to build on, and partnered with hardhat.

=> In Metamask (0x wallet), they do things like pre-load their default networks with Infura RPCs, which TRACK USERS IP and other DATA.

=> (BTW, Infura and alchemy are centralized node providers which everyone uses to connect and interact with the blockchain).

=> Metamask doesn't verify their smart contracts on-chain. Users can’t verify the smart contract code they are actually engaging with when they execute an in-app swap. (This one is HUGE).

=> Founder of ConsenSys: "He was a primary figure in the creation and launch of Ethereum alongside fellow Vitalik Buterin in 2014, and eventually moved to build an ecosystem around the nascent technology, in part by launching ConsenSys. He took the title of chief operating officer of the entity that would bring Buterin’s vision to fruition,” stated Newsweek.

=> They made the solidity syntax and frameworks for developing purposely difficult, confusing, and constantly changing, such that traditional education of the field becomes nearly impossible.

=> They are hindering the flourishment of true decentralized finance by obfuscating tools/frameworks/syntax, making it as complicated, messy and shitty as possible.

=> Basically creating a walled garden of insider intelligence and knowledge required to efficiently develop inside their ecosystem, which is the only defacto ecosystem to use.

=> They artificially made the barrier to entry very high in attempts to grab the largest market share percentage possible for developing, auditing, surveying, and controlling 'defi'.

=> tl;dr all the tools for building on web3 are controlled by JP Morgan. The ecosystem contains all kinds of centralization and features that are the antithesis to real DeFi, and they probably made the frameworks, languages, and tools shitty and complicated on purpose.
