There's illegal content all over Facebook and Twitter, so long as they look like they're dealing with illegal content, they'll be good. Technically, yes the FBI could plant something illegal but they won't. It's have to be extremely sophisticated and elaborate and with the media scutinity at present, I don't think people would believe it.
This could have been easily faked. I think we will start to see more of this sort of thing in the future. So easy to manipulate people with a simple fake photoshopped screenshot. It could also be real. It's becoming difficult on the internet to find what's real and what isn't.
