So, recently I've been exploring the terrain theory of illness due to me possibly getting covid. I didn't get tested because I don't want to be a statistic given by the media. However, I had some similar symptoms, but I'm young and healthy. What I noticed was that I only got sick with "covid-like illness" when my body was stressed. I've known for a while now that I am gluten intolerant (like most people, I think like 75%) and I'm lactose intolerant. Due to moving back in with my parents, I started eating more gluten and more milk/cream products than usual. It was still in small amounts. On a day when I consumed more than even the small amount, I started to get a scratch in my throat. This happened a few times during this period.

Finally, I had a day where I drunk 2 bottles of kombucha, which, for my body, bothers me. Then, I got mcdonald's and had gluten and dairy. The tickle in my throat came but much more severe. I started shivering and had a sore throat. I immediately knew (before even understanding terrain theory) that it was because I had weakened my immune response (I have a sensitive system, so I'm been keeping track for years--I typically get something that looks like a low-level auto-immune response when I have something I shouldn't) through eating the wrong types of food.

I switched back to my regular eating habits, started taking vitamin c, d, k2, and zinc and in 5 days I felt fine. This whole covid period, I've been maskless everywhere, and I used to live with my sister who worked at a grocery store (constant contact with people). Neither me or my sisters have gotten sick. I know older people who got sick and healed up from my church.

Anyway, I say all this to say that I can absolutely believe that covid is auto-immune. I know because my experience with auto-immune stuff based on what I eat. For example, my joints can begin to hurt if I eat the wrong thing, arthritis being a common sign of auto-immune. Also, my emotions can effect the intensity of these reactions. Back to covid, when I had that illness, I noticed that when I got extremely anxious, suddenly it would be harder for me to breathe for a few minutes but only when I became extremely fearful.

That being said. This disease has been released and, in my opinion, is stronger with fear. What has the media been pumping into the mind of the sheep who still watch it?

Fear.

These are just some observations. Feel free to disagree.

I personally think the vaxx will be used to track people with new biotechnology; however, it is possible that all of your activity on your phone was simply used to predict your next behavior. Recently, little things like this have happened to me as well, but in most cases, I either clicked on a link related or wrote a message somewhere with a particular line of thinking. I have not been vaccinated (and don't intend to get vaccinated).

I use teams daily. there is a button under where you type a message that allows you to mark it as important. It can easily be hit by accident.

I used to use stumble upon just for browsing, and I was shocked to see that it had disappeared. Do you know what happened to it?
