Having seen the video of the lawyer, Alfio D'Urso reading out the affidavit, this is my take.
D'Urso is definitely a lawyer and it's definitely him reading out the affidavit. It doesn't appear notarised nor to have been filed anywhere in Italy in any kind of official capacity.
But what does the affidavit actually say.
It would be strange for someone from Naples (Arturo D'Elia), supposedly involved in international espionage, to ask a commercial lawyer like D'Urso from a completely different region (Sicily) to represent him.
In fact D'Urso makes no claim to actually be representing D'Elia. The affidavit is signed by D'Urso, not D'Elia, and what D'Urso declares is that he has been told this information in "several meetings with a high level army security services official."
D'Urso is reporting what has allegedly been told to him, not D'Elia's direct words.
In fact there are some obvious errors in the affidavit. D'Elia was never Head of IT for Leonardo, and although there is a satellite facility in Fucino, "Fucino Tower" doesn't exist. Which furthers the argument that D'Urso is reporting second or third hand claims, and isn't actually connected with D'Elia.
The affidavit claims that D'Elia gave explicit testimony in court, but there is no evidence of this and if true hasn't been reported at all in the Italian media.
So why would D'Urso make these claims.
Firstly we don't know who this "high level army security services official" is. Assuming they exist at all, we don't know their motives or the reliability of the information. For all we know it could be Flynn.
D'Urso could be being fed misinformation (and all he is swearing is that certain information has been relayed to him).
If the official exists at all they could be Italian or they could be American. In 1970 it's alleged that rogue elements within the CIA, (as well as the Sicilian Mafia), supported or tacitly approved a failed right-wing coup d'etat in Italy, so international interference would not be without precedence.

Secondly we don't know D'Urso's motives. It seems strange a commercial lawyer, not representing D'Elia, would be privy to the deepest levels of international espionage.

Italy has a dark past of corrupt links between business, politics and organised crime. The P2 scandal is the stuff of conspiracy theorists' wet dreams: secret masonic lodges, mafia, corruption at the highest level of politics and the Vatican Bank - but it's not conjecture, it's a matter of historical record:

So it's not impossible that someone in America called in a favour from D'Urso, asking him to send the affidavit to Congress on the day of the vote. Or maybe he was just paid a chunk of money; perhaps that explains Lin Wood's crazy too.
Again, D'Urso isn't really compromising himself, all he's doing is swearing that certain information has been reported to him by an unnamed Army security official.
The supposed involvement of Matteo Renzi, a left wing politican, who stopped being PM in 2016 and who's party commands 5% of the electorate is particularly suspicious. Renzi is unable to win any elections in Italy, so it seems laughable he can control the US elections. No Italian can seriously picture Renzi as a shadowy overlord. But he's disliked by the Italian right. It's almost as if they threw his name in while they were at it to throw mud at someone they dislike, although it detracts, rather than adds to the theory's credibility.
To believe the theory is true we have to belive:
D'Urso is telling the truth, in so far as he was told certain information by an unnamed official. This is possible, perhaps even likely, but it's still strange why a random commercial lawyer in Sicily would be privy to this.
The security official is real (possible or likely) and is accurately reporting what D'Elia stated (IMO unlikely, not least because the affidvit cites inexistent court testimony and contains factual errors about D'Elia's employment and Fucino Tower).
Assuming that D'Elia made these claims in the first place (IMO unlikely, but we can't check because he is behind bars on unrelated hacking charges) that they are true in the first place (IMO very unlikely - not least because of the hyperbolic claims that "more votes were given to Biden than registered voters" - if this was true it would be easily confirmed, but in fact paper ballot totals match the dominion numbers.
TL:DR D'Urso is real, but he's a commercial lawyer with no direct contact with the alleged hacker, reporting 2nd or 3rd hand information.
My money is on either:
Someone from America called in a favour from D'Urso, to send the affidavit, hoping to influence the vote on the 6th.
The "high level army security official" is real, but possibly playing D'Urso for their own reasons.
The hunter biden pictures are at least 1/2 fake and not very signifigant plus the timing is questionable the pope getting arrested is only slightly believable based on the tweet on the popes twitter saying he cant attend mass today. the hologram video is from april. the vatican blackout is backed by the livestream but thats not verifiable All this right when ItalyGate is catching steam, i think its misinformation. lmk

Decades ago a highly credible investigator, Norman Dodd, discovered that the tax-exempt foundations e.g. Rockefeller Foundation etc, wanted to make changes to society, and their tool of choice (at that time) was war.
The tax-exempt foundations said they would continue to use war until they had other effective methods for making major societal changes.
10 years ago, a high-level Rockefeller document described details of other methods for influencing how the world evolves, one such scenario which was suggested in the document was a pandemic.
What societal changes do the Rockefellers desire? A former Rockefeller family friend blew the whistle on the plans the Rockefellers had for the future. He was told they want everyone chipped for tracking and to buy/sell. If they don't like you they will turn off your chip to make it incredibly difficult for you to function in society.
Conclusion:- The Rockefellers no longer rely on war to make changes in the world, now they have other tools at their disposal, such as pandemics. Their goal is take away our freedoms, then if we want them back we'll be forced to receive vaccines to gain a digital certificate of movement which allows us to be tracked on 5G control grids. Over time it will be placed onto a chip, which will be hard to avoid. By then society will be cashless, making life without a chip a struggle, almost impossible.
Chief suspects for causing this pandemic = Rockefeller family and their many proxies.

This interview (1) with the late Norman Dodd (2) was already viewed as one of the most important on the Internet. If you haven't seen it before, you really must add it to your list. Dodd was the chief investigator of the Reece Committee, his job was to look into the tax-exempt founds e.g. Rockefeller Foundation, and to find out what they were actually up to. In the interview he explains that the foundations are really there to make changes in the world, and that the only way they know how to make changes is through war, so their job is really to start wars. Since war was the only effective method they knew for making major changes, they would continue to use it until they had other equivalently effective methods.
10 years ago the Rockefeller Foundation released a scenario document, Page 18, (3 ) where they looked into different scenarios which could influence the way in which our world evolves, one of the scenarios analyzed was a pandemic. So what we're seeing here, is that over the decades the Rockefeller Foundation has moved on, they no longer rely on war as a tool to make changes, now they have new tools at their disposal, like pandemics, making them the chief suspects as to who has placed the world into the current pandemic scenario.
Now, you may be wondering what kinds of changes the Rockefellers want to make to society, well one of their former friends blew the whistle (4) in a video of similar importance to the Norman Dodd interview. Aaron Russo was a filmmaker and a close friend with one of the Rockefellers. Aaron was told their secret plans for the world, which included everyone being micro-chipped in a cashless society, where one requires an implanted micro-chip for buying and selling. If TPTB didn't like what you were doing they could switch off your chip, making it almost impossible for you to function in society.
So, as Bill Gates (who is allied with the Rockefellers) recently admitted on Reddit, (5) the plan is for people to have digital certificates of movement, Germany is calling them antibody certificates (6). It's very easy to see how these digital certificates of movement, initially on your smart phone, will eventually be installed on implanted micro-chips, in case you lose your phone and for your convenience, they will say. You won't be allowed in society without one, as they will claim you may spread a virus, for you to be allowed out in public they will force you to have this, which also means receiving the vaccines and whatever ingredients eugenics enthusiasts Gates and the Rockefellers decide to put in them.
Last but not least, the 5G control grid which is being rapidly rolled out is there to track your movement by connecting with the digital certificate/chip, this is why 5G is being prioritized despite there being so much public resistance and unknown health risks. While 4G was similar, it is nowhere near as fast and cannot make as many connections, with 5G they can track us in real time.
How can the Rockefellers be stopped?
The perfect thing about their plan is that they can keep on attacking us with wave after wave of pandemic until we give in. That means to stop them we need high level people in the world to get onboard, deciding enough is enough. There needs to be arrests and all their essentially terrorist operations must be shut down once and for all, the Rockefellers and Mr Gates can no longer be tolerated as being above the law.
