Actually he offered a free copy to anyone who PMed and asked for one. so idk what to tell you. I have no idea if he followed through or not but hey, what can I say? I can not explain his decision making.
the dude claiming to have written it posted about it on here lol, that's how I know about it. I do not have a free copy otherwise I would give it to you. Do whatever you want I am just spreading the word.
