I'm surprised how long reddit has held, and tbh it's a little bit unfortunate.

Digg failed and everyone moved to reddit, and I assumed reddit wouldn't last as long. It seems reddit is dying a slow miserable death, rather than a fell swoop like digg.

What's unfortuntae abotu reddit having these nice communities, is that if/when something deemed inappropriate enters into those communities, they have the control and power to censor those, thus removing that edge.

Reddit got to where it was because it had that edge to it. It's not fisher price internet, but it's also not 4chan. That seems to be going now

It's not just the censorship of anything related to jews. It's the censorship of anything related to real and meaningful discussion, or one that hits the nail on the head.

This is blatant communist-style rewriting of history or some shit.

this is obviously not about an "insurrection" but a clear attempt at control.

Wow. This was an amazing read. Reading this has given me a sense of clarity I haven’t felt in a long time.... a very long time.

Most of your work goes under-appreciated to the majority of people, but please know it absolutely strikes home with some people for whom you serve as a pillar/inspiration.

So I have a few questions:

Why didn’t you shut down r/conspiracy and redirect it to a different site, despite it being clear for months if not years r/conspiracy was going to face the chopping block? You could have exited on your own terms. Redirected the entire community over, either slowly or in one fell swoop? Kind of like r/f7u12 did.

I also use old.reddit.com because fuck this new style (although I think the current old “style” is just that, a style, and underneath they’ve added modern bullshit to enhance tracking, because of course)

Why didn’t you call the sub conspiracy.win? I like that name more, and feel like it would draw a better connection to r/conspiracy

Finally, with your having documented everything the way you did, and your mind being sound in all of this, and your story going underappreciated and needing to be seen by more, have you considered reaching out to a documentary producing media group? Something like vice comes to mind, but I feel like they’re too sensationalist. Honestly, the group that did the smash bros. documentary could probably do wonders with this story, if they’re interested.

r/conspiracy is the demonstrably the last vestige of what once made reddit great.

This is so true. When people asked me (condescendingly) why I was reading r/conspiracy, this is exactly what I told them. aaaaaahhhhhhhh sanity. Its warm embrace feels so foreign yet intimately familiar

I had replied to this, but it looks like my reply was removed.

Also my upvotes seemingly didn't appear

Incidents like these show that decent VPNs do what they’re set out to. They safeguard the privacy of users which, like the Internet in general, can be used for good and bad.

The vaccine does protect against a pathogen, and as a result the re-transmission of said pathogen.

The vaccine does both.

[edit]

At around ~3-minutes, he starts harping on the fact that the mRNA vaccine started as a gene-therapy to fight cancer, and then says “Gene-Therapy Chemotherapy”. For all his dissection of the word vaccine, he now utterly misuses the word “chemotherapy”, which refer to a specific class of drugs that stop cell replication.

This guy so little clue on what he’s talking about, he’s glorifying his own stupidity. Like a liberal that smells their own shit and thinks it’s roses.

FFS open a biology book and look up what a vaccine is.

The first vaccine was a self-replicating virus:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vaccinia

Now rather than including the entire virus and all the RNA to produce the entire viral machinery, we inject a piece of mRNA that produce a single protein shared by the coronavirus, thus teaching the immune system to target the coronavirus. The adaptive response.

In a world of wooden houses, we've created a brick house. It's still a house nonetheless and the definition should be updated.

By your logic, if all houses are made of wood, and I build a house made of brick, my house made of brick is by definition not a house, because a house must be made of wood.

The logic is retarded. Stop being a Dumbass.

THAT is what is being examined here by scrutinizing why and how this particular term "evolved" and why.

Because a new type of vaccine has effectively been deployed for the first time you moron. There's no "fitting a narrative" or "conspiracy" here.
