I looked into Pinephone, Librem5, and LineageOS, but ultimately GrapheneOS is enough of a step for me and still lets me get work done.
Maybe the unpopular answer here, but why not comply until you finish? Saliva is not a vaccine and honestly most schools force vaccines anyway...
