Looks like others are saying the time was between 2 and 3 am, so this would have been the morning of 1/24 actually. Can confirm the WH was black/dark in the early hours of the morning, so ignore the 10pm in title. My mistake, was conflicting reports at the time & little to go off of.

They appear to be the height of children, and the way they walk in a line was an instant reminder of being a child and being led around in lines as such. I cannot confirm because the quality is too low, but they appear again much smaller than the grown adult exiting the door first.
