Standards in becoming a Police Officer were dropped due to lack of minority applicants. In the early 1970's my father was a police officer in Oakland CA. Standards were forced to be lowered to appease the masses due to the issues at that time ( Black Panthers). Fast forward to today.......
Sad that money will corrupt the most moral people into selling out. Worst of all is it will never go away, can never be fixed.
