Biden and Harris were sworn in prior to noon. This means their swearing in was not legitimate. Trump and Pence ended their terms at noon. Without Trump, Pence, Biden, or Harris being legitimately sworn in as President as of 12:01, the Presidency falls to the Speaker of the House — Nancy Pelosi.

There’s a lot of back and forth with people believing different things. But can we at least agree that if 1 PM comes tomorrow and Biden has been sworn in and Trump has flown back home, this means all that Q nonsense was just bull shit? Whether you think Trump lost fairly or not, if 1 PM tomorrow comes and Biden is President, that means Trump lost and we can stop with this cult of personality and thinking he’s playing 5D chess?

A couple of us were discussing this in another post. But how can we confirm u/axolotl_peyotl is the same one as on Reddit? How do we know it’s not a fake meant to mislead us and waste our time?
