Section 230 is a section of Title 47 of the United States Code that was enacted as part of the United States Communications Decency Act and generally provides immunity for website platforms with respect to third-party content.

Platforms like Twitter and Facebook or other platforms that are considered a public service, currently receiving section 230 protection cannot legally remove individuals or groups because of their ideology or political affiliation.

You might be thinking that these platforms are privately owned. The can do whatever they want. I agree, privately owned companies are not obligated to abide by the US Constitution or first Amendment. But....

Public service Platforms are not privileged to 230 protections . Public service entities have obligations. There are laws they are to follow.

If you have been removed from a public service platform hiding behind section 230 protection, better call Saul. Your civil rights have been violated.
