-mail in ballots in some states, like Arizona, were allowed to be counted before election day. Arizona started counting mail in ballots on Oct 21,2020. They should have been able to report the majority of the mail in ballots immediately after polls closed. In other states like Pennsylvania, mail in ballots were not allowed to be opened until election day, which is the controversy of the cured ballots before election day comes from.

-it didn't take longer to count ballots in Atlanta, only one or two counties were delayed. Why did only one or two counties stop counting and then struggled for days?
