You're kind of right. Whoever is running that account never made vaccine related posts.....until you started calling them out for it a little while back. Then I noticed a couple very soft vaccine conspiracy topics. Just to appease. It's a shill operating with impunity and it occasionally takes feedback and adjusts. The key phrase there is operating with impunity though. That's an important and puzzling one.
