Will women just cross state lines to do the same where it's legal?

Suppose a woman crosses state borders to kill her unborn child. Seems like AG for state of residence for the unborn could theoretically charge her with murder! Also, husband of deceased's or their family could try the case civilly for wrongful death. (Not legal advice)

This is worse than the provocation that pulled Germany into war against the US during WW1 and WW2. Our leaders aren't stupid, this is purposeful. Stop kicking the dog or it will bite. But that's the goal, isn't it? (media.conspiracies.win)
