The problem with this theory is a couple. 1) people who haven’t had sex with anyone will begin questioning how they have HIV. 2) HIV is transmitted through sex so if a mass amount of people get HIV the appropriate response is stop having sex and get tested. Why would you need a vaccine passport for a sexual transmitted disease. 3) the gay community will call bigot for acting like this is an issue
