If they are deployed to DC they are on a deployment. I know some of Utah Guard is out there. They're not coming back every week.... Although I think you're part right. They have to go back and forth from their guard stations to their sleeping quarters.
Those are the ones we noticed, anyway. I wonder how many others were removed so as not to receive the same fate.....
