My dad works at Boeing. Here are the questions I sent him/them to pressure Boeing into responding about their new vaccine mandate. Hopefully more Boeing employees demand these answers as well. These are in Socratic order, so by the end everyone should understand the Boeing scam:

§2105 (a)(1) - Boeing employees are NOT an "officer and individual appointed" by any of the mentioned authorities."

§2105 (a)(2) - Boeing employees are NOT "engaged in the performance of a Federal function under authority of law or an Executive act." There is no law or executive act stating people must make airplanes for the government, Boeing employees are just helping to fulfill a purchase order from a customer. If you disagree, please cite the law.

§2105 (a)(3) - Boeing employees are NOT "subject to the supervision of an individual named by paragraph (1) of this subsection while engaged in the performance of the duties of his position."

11. Please cite the legal framework Boeing relied up to determine that the "mainstream media opinion" of an executive order - which isn't even the same as Joe Biden's published executive order itself - creates any legally enforceable obligation upon Boeing employees?

12. If Boeing would like to confirm to the union, and the greater public, that it is acting in bad-faith by enforcing this mandate - please do so by refusing to honestly answer these open questions in public.
