My dad works at Boeing. Here are the questions I sent him/them to pressure Boeing into responding about their new vaccine mandate. Hopefully more Boeing employees demand these answers as well. These are in Socratic order, so by the end everyone should understand the Boeing scam:

  4. Do you agree under the legal definition of "employee" from the executive order listed above, that no Boeing employee falls under the definition of:

§2105 (a)(1) - Boeing employees are NOT an "officer and individual appointed" by any of the mentioned authorities."

§2105 (a)(2) - Boeing employees are NOT "engaged in the performance of a Federal function under authority of law or an Executive act." There is no law or executive act stating people must make airplanes for the government, Boeing employees are just helping to fulfill a purchase order from a customer. If you disagree, please cite the law.

§2105 (a)(3) - Boeing employees are NOT "subject to the supervision of an individual named by paragraph (1) of this subsection while engaged in the performance of the duties of his position."

(1) "an establishment in the executive branch...which IS NOT an Executive department...OR PART of an independent establishment"

  1. Does Boeing match any legal description, under the legal definition of "agency" cited in Joe Biden's executive order? If it does, please cite the law or evidence.

  2. Do any Boeing employees match any legal description, under the legal definition of "employee" cited in Joe Biden's executive order? If they do, please cite the law or evidence.

  3. If there isn't any evidence to support Boeing's, and the Government's, claim based on the evidence at hand - Do you agree that "what is asserted without evidence can be dismissed without evidence"?

  4. Please cite the legal framework Boeing relied up to determine that the "mainstream media opinion" of an executive order - which isn't even the same as Joe Biden's published executive order itself - creates any legally enforceable obligation upon Boeing employees?

  5. If Boeing would like to confirm to the union, and the greater public, that it is acting in bad-faith by enforcing this mandate - please do so by refusing to honestly answer these open questions in public.
