If they tell the world that they rape kids in basements on the virgin islands and private ranches near Santa Fe and the world does absolutely nothing to stop them doesn't that make everyone complicit?

It's like when the performers at the grammys or the super bowl halftime show perform obvious rituals for all to see. They are the ones conducting the ritual, but the viewer is also partaking by simply watching.
