I read through the entire thing. Lots to take in. Gonna reread with a notebook. I have lots of questions but don’t want to take up too much of your time. Unsure if dotwin has messaging capabilities. I am a bit of a tech idiot.

I subscribed to your channel but will also check out what you’ve provided. Thanks. It’s definitely an avenue I’d like to explore more, since most others I’ve traveled just lead to dead ends.

Your book is a massive undertaking. I wish I could comprehend more, but I suppose that’s more a personal limitation. I’m trying to get better at this sort of study.

Just downloaded your book to start looking through. Would you have any suggestions for further reading/viewing to better prep moving forward?

Pot user here, it changed my life for the better. Stopped drinking nine years ago, and got into therapy. Pot stepped in when my therapist wanted me to think about medication. That was the last option for me. Pot has been shown to help with inflammation as others have said, as well as reducing anxiety in others. It all depends on your own chemistry, though. Some people freak out on one hit from a joint, so it varies with individuals. More studies are coming out that microdosing shrooms can help those with depression or PTSD, which I consider to be a huge benefit. In my experience, a shroom trip is beneficial once in a while…like another user said, it can kind of shuffle away the noise and bring you back to a present and harmonious state. But, like pot, you have to be in the right mindset. My thoughts:

-pot: good shit, don’t overindulge, edibles over smoking

-shrooms: great, done sparingly (1-2 times a year)

-coke: never done it (nasal problems), short lasting, addicting, can fuck up your nose (friends’ experiences)

-lsd: know the origins, treat like a loaded gun, easily can go either way in terms of good/bad time

-molly: fun, but not worth the brain hangover the next day (you’re borrowing tomorrow’s happiness to add to today’s)

-meth: what are you, stupid?

-anything with a needle: what are you, really stupid?
