I mean, even at the tiny risk of having an incident with one of these world leaders would they really allow the risk? I think even a reasonable person would say no, they'd do a staged photo op. Gullible people will defend it and hem and haw about public confidence proclaiming that they'll get the shot in private, then get mad at you if you ask for proof of that statement.
