I was thinking, if you could query the user records for the older, larger boards and pull lists of permabanned users, then run another query on that dataset to see who is on all or most of those lists, you'll probably find yourself with a list of pedojeet alts and blatant spanbots. Nuke them sitewide and you'll make things easier for the smaller boards that don't have as many mods.
