For anyone who questions if Pope Francis (Jorge Mario Bergoglio) is kind hearted liberal he portrays himself to be, he at very least allowed priests under him to be tortured and killed by the CIA in Operation Condor in Argentina while he was Cardinal. John Paul I was likely the only decent Pope in modern history, and he lasted less than a month before they killed him.

Whoever this is (looks to be a ginger), was trying to make this gesture to McConnell throughout his speech. He was getting his hands ready many times when he thought McConnell was going to turn around and see him.

I looked at pictures of everyone in the front row. Maybe it's John Thune or Chris Murphy? He nodded at when McConnell said the Democrats objected to Electoral Proceedings in 2016 though, which leads me to believe that this is a Republican. I think anyone that follows Congress could easily identify who this is, but that's not me. I would like to know though to have these gestures in mind when I hear this Senators name in the future. It would also be good to look at their background a little bit.

That's really interesting. Whoever that Senator is made the hand symbol pretty subtly, but obviously intentionally just as McConnell looked at him. My questions are:

1. Who is the Senator?
2. When was this?
3. What was McConnell talking about at the time?
4. Was there a shift at all in McConnell's speech or demeanor after seeing the signal?

Was there a specific time in history when the CIA switched from Authoritarian right to Authoritarian left? From the start of the Cold War the CIA has promoted (crony) Capitalism in the West to fight against the Communism of the Soviet Union. In 1984 style, the world was divided into two, as equal as possible camps, with the hidden hand playing both sides reaping the rewards.

Much has been declassified and if you’re looking for it, it’s easy to find what the CIA was doing up until maybe 1990 or so. When did the change happen that the CIA now supports Marxist and socialist ideals across the world? Another way of putting it is when did the hidden hands behind the Cold War realize that they gained enough resources from the War that they could consolidate their power to have a one world, leftist, government under their rule?

Was this a gradual change that started when Bush Sr tried to push the new world Order?
