Let Food be thy medicine. -> So because Minerals+vitamins, etc yadda yadda are Necessary, & we know... Next... to Noone gets enough minerals anymore, then more & MORE ... of whatever else... must be better.

But in Nature, we do Not eat an Entire truckload of (whatever) to make up deficiencies. - No, we (tend our gardens) in God's Sunshine until early afternoons, when later we could end-up burned, to a crisp.

People do Not understand. They think Any ole dose... (of whatever) is good. Not so.

Unless you get a BASEline of where you're at preferably late winter, you have No clue what you're doing. - Now the ama & pharma do know what they're doing, so they tell people Vit. D levels 30 ng/mL are 'considered' normal. Only a fool would trust a damn thing they tell you, let me repeat that: "only a fool".

Optimal Vit. D levels 80 to 100 ng/mL.

Again, a Baseline is good, or once yearly for a few years - by that time you will have figgered out the rest... of what you need & "how well you are functioning" - iow the Energy of a Little child-on-the-Go... got it?

"D3 Cholecalciferol " is good.

Asked the others as sometimes Liver problems & other issues Not obvious until later.

what form of D ? , please define "fine" = No overt sxs? = Tested blood level for both kinds?
