Been like this for several days. I usually use the Conspiracies.win handle to access here.

It works with vpn in US but not outside, weird

Strange. It's the same for me on several devices and different locations. Can only access through the main communities.
Definately a new weirdness.. I can ask admin what's up
I don't have a solid answer on what's going on with this but I did find out it has nothing to do with conspiracies.win 's certificate stuff.
Thx for checking. I am now using the communities link instead which is working fine.
