Notice in all the news articles, the footage they have looks like it was filmed with a potato https://www.wyff4.com/article/white-house-correspondents-dinner-raw-footage-shooting/71128403

But even then you can see some of the artifacts shown in the higher def version. Looks like a sloppy cover up attempt.
