Similar to the terrible crucifixion of our savior, Jesus Christ, it was biblical prophecy, and necessary for our salvation. Similarly, the end times will be (perhaps are right now), terrible, with the ant-christ and continued satan worship. I see this as good, in that fulfilling God's plan seems great to me. As difficult and terrible as it is now, and will be as prophesied, the end result means the end of evil, and glorious salvation. The whole, "God wins in the end" platitude becoming reality in our lifetime is scary for non-Christians, yet glorious for believers. Have faith, pray, and be safe my fren!

Totally agree! Our minimal duty is to shine light on evil.
