For a good reason. Right now, if it were to be open, the probability of a terroristic action would be very high. Not something they want at the moment. Reality check

What do you think they're doing now in Iran and Lebanon? acts of kindness? They assassinate leaders of any country that doesn't submit, this is terrorism anyway you look at it.
