The primary problem with HR is that it is run by women, and women can only design systems that mimic dating. Every process they run will mimic a dating scenario. Once you recognize this, the process is easier to navigate and circumvent. Go to Linkedin and read random HR lady boss's advice. It's exactly the same as lady boss dating advice. And the problem is, they aren't good at selecting good, long-term mates. It's blind leading the blind.
