Change my mind. The idea is that nothing is available but "family homes", so there's no cheap way to get a home for just yourself, instead you're taxed to death to keep tradcucks getting cheap mortgages.

So, again, back to my original premise. You don't give a shit about people having a place to live, you want an excuse to fund tradcuck families with everyone else's money. Apartments are fine for single people with no dependents.
It's your choice to have a family and you have to accept that the world won't just magically give you things to save you from your choices.
Building lots of apartments is how you fix a housing crisis, not bending to whiny fuck families who already get enough support from the actually productive people in a nation.
An apartment is - by definition - something you rent. Housing is something you own.

The fuck do you mean? An apartment is a single floor home in a tower block. You can own or rent them.
