Yes, a conspiracy is still a conspiracy even if it's out in the open, it just moves from theory to fact.
I mean, at what point is it considered open warfare?
Where I come from, always has been. I don't fight with weapons of this world though.
We are still a small minority that actually notices or cares about the truth.
