I finally just quit eating food.
I'm less worried that an obviously unhealthy food is unhealthy and more worried about all the terrible additives in food that has the claim that it's healthy. Things like high fructose corn syrup, emulsifiers, glysphate used in drying crops, vegetable oils, and many others.
