I've seen a few of these now. Clearly hired for her looks (to honeypot Kirk) rather than acting ability.

I was at my best friend's house years ago. We were having a great time until his then girlfriend came out of nowhere with dramatics, causing a fight with him and ruining everyone's night. When she was pouting in a corner while he went to the bathroom, I point blank said, "You did that on purpose." Her face did the same thing as Erika's in this clip, stuck for half a second with the same slight sinister grin, and went back to pouting.
Women know they are inferior to men and must live a life of constant manipulation to keep up or get ahead.
It's called Dupers Delight. You can witness this in a bush sr. speech he made where he talks about "where he was when JFK was killed" because it's a common memory most ppl have when discussing hugely impactful historic events. Like how most ppl remember where they were when they heard about 9/11.
