No isolation procedure has ever been performed on a “virus”, which until the beginning of the 20th century meant “poisonous fluid” and not “an infectious particle transmissible from animal to animal.
If they weee real with an identifiable molecular weight, then any freshman biology student could centrifuge a sample, isolate the band it’s in, put it under a microscope, observe it. Then take that isolated band, inject it into another host, observe the SAME disease state occur, and perform the same isolation procedures I listed above.

I could take you into a lab, show you the procedure, which I have done, (it is not quite as simple as you propose, but it is kinda close), infect a lab animal and watch it die, but you still would not believe it because of your anti-science bent. You would rather believe "poisonous fluid" (blood in the case of hemorrhagic fevers, laden with virus) from a time when barbers did simple surgery and autopsies with the same instruments, often infecting the healthy because of the poor hygienic conditions.
We also went from the first powered flight in 1903 to landing on the moon in 1969. but you probably think the moon landing was a "psyop" or that the earth is flat and we can't get through the "firmament"
