The spammer is JG5, he reposts stormfront jpegs 10 times a day. Barely anything useful.

Yes I know that, and it's called URL Encoding as I've pointed out before. Anyway, that's a format supposed to be consumed by computers, not humans thus achieving the classification of spam. So would you mind taking some action in order not to give incentives to such an annoying user behavior? Thanks in advance.
