Not only US is a corporation, same applies to Canada. And Australia and NZ.
And so is The City of London, nicknamed the Square Mile, also a corporation. The territory is also known as The Crown and it is the privately held corporate City State of London. Ruled by the Rothschilds. The City of London actually is the original corporation dates back to around 1067 (one year after jews were allowed to settle in England), when the jews using William the Conqueror (aka William the Bastard ) took over England (British isles).
