That's illogical, and even if true, as I mentioned in this comment thread, it's immoral and dishonest for Hitler to say "I no longer see any reason why we should still oppose one another" if they were genociding Germans.
It's a lot of vague complaining about treatment but nothing even close to this idea of 56,000 being killed. He also is completely reconciled with the Soviets in that speech, saying
"Given the fact that Soviet Russia has no intention of exporting its doctrine to Germany, I no longer see any reason why we should still oppose one another. "
