Yeah, I made a post about this not long ago. Five at a time or it reverses. But this is different, it seems he specifically can't be downvoted while others can.

I think his lack of ability to be voted down has something to do with the constant admin tags.

My downvotes were sticking until I went over limit with someone, I won't say who. The rest were sticking.
