Not that simple. The Fed was created by Congress via a bill into which a lot of people contributed, notably the Jekyll Island seven, with Paul Warburg leading the discussion (and more Gentiles than Jews). Gentile Edward House was also instrumental, even as I've spoken of his Jewish connections. The Warburgs were not family members to my knowledge but his father Moritz Warburg was an apprentice of the Rothschilds. It was clear that several banking interests were involved and the European establishments and American upstarts were negotiating their chairs, and most of them have Jewish money in part, but the cabal was and is for whatever players can afford the table. To name all the players has been done before, so I'm not going to do it from memory or notes, but it's quite diverse.

To say everything "is Jewish" or deserves parens or "is a family member" or is a shabbos goy is to make that distinction meaningless. Everything of serious size gets Jews and Gentiles connected in it somewhere sooner or later. To speak uncritically is to lower signal-noise ratio. If you had said end the Warburg-designed Fed you'd have a snappy title, but how can I treat triple parens as something than a collective slur when that's its only meaning?
